Do I have to be a member to order from Nutriworks?
A.
No. Anyone can place an order on our site without being a
member. But if you register as our member, you will enjoy members' benefits and
special discounts.
How do I place an order?
A.
That's simple. On our site you can search for products by
Name or by
Health Condition. Upon selection,
the related products will be listed with their picture and detailed information.
Once you find the product you need, click "Add to cart" and the product will be
added to your shopping cart automatically. When you are ready to check out,
simply click on the "Checkout" icon and you will be taken to the delivery and
payment page.
How can I pay for my order?

Payments can be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, and
Amex) through secure gateway PayPal. All prices are marked in US Dollars
(USD).
Do I need to set up a PayPal account to pay for my
order?
A.
It is not mandatory for you to set up a PayPal account. You
can just simply enter your credit card information to complete your order.
Can I order offline?
A.
Yes, you may place an 'offline' order by e-mailing your
requirements to
service@nutriworks.com and including
your credit card details (cardholder name, card number, type (e.g. Visa) and
expiry date). Please remember to include a billing address, contact phone number
and delivery address if different from the billing address.
I don't wish to give my credit card information online. Are
there other ways to pay?

Yes, please contact us with your requirements and we will
e-mail you an invoice along with our bank account details. You may then arrange
payment by telegraphic transfer or other methods of transfer such as Western
Union. Please note that all bank handling charges will be borne by you.
What happens if a product that I have ordered is out of
stock?
A.
We will inform you by email the approximate availability of
the product and issue a refund if we are unable to supply the product.
What is Nutriworks' customer satisfaction policy?
A.
100% customer satisfaction guaranteed. Customers may return
goods for a full refund of the cost of product for any reason within 14 days of
purchase. To eligible for a full refund, all products must be sent back to us
unopened in their original packaging.
How do I find out if a particular product is going to react
with my medication?
A.
Always consult your physician before taking any nutritional
supplements. If external use products display symptoms of rash, redness and/or
itchiness, discontinue use and see your doctor immediately.

How much are the shipping charges?
A.
The shipping charges depend on the size and weight of item
and its destination. To estimate the shipping charges, select an item in your
shopping cart and then click the "Checkout" icon. On the order confirmation
page, you can then see the estimated prices and delivery charges for your
order.

Do you deliver to P.O. Boxes?

Yes, we deliver to P.O. Boxes.
However, delivery will be sent by air parcel through Hong Kong Post instead of
Speedpost (Post office courier service).
Do you accept overseas orders?
A.
Yes, all overseas orders are shipped
through Speedpost (Post office courier service) to the customers' desired
location.
How long will it take to receive my order in the
mail?
A.
Delivery times are subject to the location and typically
range from 3 to 5 working days to most locations around the world after
dispatch.
How do I track the progress of my order?
A.
You can always sign in to track the progress of the order.
Every online transaction made by our customers will be assigned with an online
order tracking number and a website link to Speedpost (Post office courier
service). This will be sent to you by e-mail after an order is placed.
Undeliverable orders
A.
Orders may sometimes be held up by customs in destination
countries and may be subject to import duty even if products are intended for
personal consumption rather than commercial puposes. We cannot assist with such
clearance and payment of duties. If the order is undeliverable due to a
customer's refusal to pay such duties to enable clearance, then Nutriworks will
refund the amount paid for such goods when they are returned LESS shipping and
handling charges (S&H). The amount of S&H deducted will be the amount
charged when the order was placed or if such order is one where S&H is
included, then a standard fee of USD50.00 will apply.

Can I use multiple promotional codes on one order?

Sure, multiple promotional codes can be used on the same
order as long as the one-off 25% off discount and the 10% off discount do not
apply at the same time.
From my last visit, I tried to order with my one-off 25%
discount promotional code but did not complete the order, how can I retrieve my
discount?
A.
To retrieve your discount, first login to your account and
go to
My Order History / Status. Find your
last order attempt that did not complete successfully, but with your promotional
code entered. Click "Cancel Order" to retrieve your discount for your next
order.
To apply your discount, simply enter your promotional code during
checkout on your next order.
