Recommended Daily Intake
Smart DHA is best consumed before meals or on an empty stomach.
Children: Take 2 gels a day.
Infants: Use a clean needle to punch a small hole in the softgel. Squeeze the oil into milk or food.
Storage
Store in a cool dry place. Keep out of reach of children.
Precautions
Fish oil may enhance anti-platelet action of aspirin and other NSAID's (COX-1 type, ibuprofen, and others). Therefore, use of fish oil together with aspirin (especially daily low dose as used to prevent strokes and heart attacks) may be harmful. Please consult your healthcare professional if you are on any medication.
