1 capsule: Coral Calcium Mineral Complex (Okinawan Coral)
Other ingredients: Magnesium stearate, cellulose

Take 2-4 capsules daily with meal as part of a normal balanced diet.  Ensure adequate Vitamin D in diet for optimum absorption.

Store in a cool, dry place.  Keep out of reach of children.

Calcium is known to prevent the absorption of certain types of medication, leading to an under dosage of the medication.  Do not take this with your regular medication prior to advice from your healthcare professional.
