Recommended Daily Intake
Take 2 softgels daily with meal as part of a normal balanced diet. For pregnant or lactating women, take up to 4 softgels.

Store in a cool dry place. Keep out of reach of children.
Precautions
Fish oil may enhance anti-platelet action of aspirin and other NSAID's (COX-1 type, ibuprofen, and others). Therefore, use of fish oil together with aspirin (especially daily low dose as used to prevent strokes and heart attacks) may present a risk. Please consult your healthcare professional if you are on any medication.
