How to place my order?
When you are done shopping online, simply click “Checkout” on the top right-hand corner. You will be directed to fill in your information to complete the order. Once it is done, click “Confirmed Order” to complete the shopping process.
- If this is your first time visiting our website, please provide us with your email address and preferred password for a simple registration process.
- If you are our returning customer, you will be asked to fill in your email address and password.
- If you forgot your password, simply click on “Forget password?”. You will then receive an email from us to reset your password.

What kind of payment methods do Nutriworks accept?
We provide our customers with various payment methods, including Master, Visa, PayPal, Alipay or China UnionPay. At the same time, we welcome orders by phone (Terms & Condition will be same as our online store).

When is my order confirmed?
When your order is issued, we will issue a “Delivery Notification” e-mail to your email to confirm the order details. Our staff may also contact you personally to confirm the order.
Most orders will be processed and shipped out within 1 to 2 working days of order confirmation.
- It usually takes 2 to 4 working days for you to receive the ordered products in Hong Kong, Singapore
- It usually takes 7 to 10 working days for you to receive the ordered products in China
- It usually takes 3 to 7 working days for you to receive the ordered products in most locations around the world after dispatch
We are unable to guarantee the delivery time, but we will do our best to serve your needs.

For any purchase less than HKD300, freight charge: HKD20
For any purchase over HKD300, freight charge: Free
- Goods will be sent out on the next working day by courier after confirmation of order.
- Members may choose to pick up their order at Nutriworks’ office after 1 working day. Company address: Unit E, 4/F Gold King Industrial Building, 35-41 Tai Lin Pai Road, Kowloon, Hong Kong.
We do not have delivery services for the following areas:
Shek O, Stonecutters Island, Ta Ku Ling, Sha Tau Kok, Ping Che, Lau Fau Shan、So Kwun Wat and Clear Water Bay, All outlying regions, including Ma Wan and Islands. Also include container terminal, airport, pavilion, P.O. box and restricted areas.

- For any purchase less than CNY500, freight charge: CNY20
- For any purchase over CNY500, freight charge: Free
Goods will be sent the next working day by courier, after confirmation of order.
Delivery Details: Singapore
- Purchase amount less than SGD150, freight charge: SGD10.
- Purchase amount over SGD150, freight charge: free.
Goods will be sent out on the next working day by courier, after confirmation of order.
Delivery Details: Everywhere Else
We try our best to cater to all our global customers and we strive to deliver anywhere we can. After order confirmation, we will deliver orders from our warehouse on the next working day. Free international shipping is available for orders over $300USD.
Returns & Refunds
Under normal circumstances, we would not accept any request for return or refund of Products.
If any product proves to have been delivered or provided for pick-up in a damaged condition, expired, omitted in the delivery/pick-up, or if the wrong product is delivered / provided for pick-up, please contact our Customer Services for the return request by sending email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receipt of the delivery or pick-up.
